Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Pack the Item

  Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all authentic leather tags, dust bags, and the original invoice are included.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

  Quality Check & Refund

  After our artisans inspect the item for original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
